Santiago Ochoa is an experienced banquet captain with a comprehensive background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Banquet Captain at Hotel Crescent Court since July 2016, Santiago previously held the same title at Rosewood Crescent Hotel from April 1998 to July 2016, along with roles as Club Captain and Room Service Captain. Earlier experience includes working as a Food and Beverage Server at Le Méridien Dallas, The Stoneleigh from 2007 to 2008 and as Room Service Captain at Hotel ZaZa from 2002 to 2004.
