Cathrine Thorsholt Jacobsen

Cathrine Thorsholt Jacobsen has extensive experience in the hospitality and food sectors, currently working as a Barista at Tak for Kaffe since April 2021. Previous roles include Tjener at Restaurant Anarki and Hotel d'Angleterre from 2021 to 2023, and Studentermedhjælper at Blinkenberg & Engmarks strafferetsadvokater from 2020 to 2021. Jacobsen has also gained hands-on experience through internships in dairy engineering at Bornholms Andelsmejeri and RYÅ IS in 2023. Jacobsen's earlier roles include Butikschef at Bagt and various serving positions at Trio Restaurant & Bar and Restaurant Kanalen. Academically, Jacobsen is pursuing a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology at the University of Copenhagen, having completed a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition and Related Services, and another in Economics, following earlier education in Biotechnology and general studies.
