Gabriela Poineau

Gabriela Poineau has extensive experience in people and culture roles. Gabriela currently serves as the Vice President of People and Culture at ARK since January 2024. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of People and Culture at Hotel Development & Management Group, LLC starting from May 2023. Before that, they worked as the Director of Engagement for the same company from October 2018. Their career at Hotel Development & Management Group, LLC began in May 2012 as an Accountant, and they held this position until October 2018.

From 2012 to 2016, Gabriela Poineau attended the College of Central Florida, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Accounting.
