Peggy McCaslin

Peggy McCaslin is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at The Coca-Cola Company since October 2022, Peggy previously worked as a Human Resources Manager at Kroger, where key contributions included leading the company's expansion into Florida. Additional experience includes overseeing HR functions at Closure Systems International, The Home Depot, and OHL, where Peggy managed significant HR operations, employee engagement initiatives, and training and development programs across multiple facilities. Peggy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication from Indiana University Indianapolis.
