Rosemary Wilson

Rosemary Wilson serves as an Associate Professor and Nurse Practitioner at Queen's University since January 2011, contributing to the School of Nursing and the Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine. In addition, Rosemary has held the position of Associate Director at Queen's Joanna Briggs Collaboration and Deputy Director focusing on practice liaison and knowledge translation. As an Adult Nurse Practitioner at Hotel Dieu Hospital, Rosemary specializes in outpatient care for patients with complex chronic pain. Previously, Rosemary served as a Nurse Practitioner at Kingston General Hospital, addressing complex pain management, and held the role of Commodore at Kingston Yacht Club. Rosemary's nursing career began as a Registered Nurse at QEII Health Sciences Centre and as an ATLS Nurse Coordinator at Atlantic School of Trauma Care. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Nursing Science from the University of Toronto, a Master's in Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from Dalhousie University, and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lakehead University.
