Elda Martinez is an experienced leader in talent management and human resources, currently serving as the Vice President of Talent & Culture at Hotel Emma since September 2019. Prior to this role, Elda held various senior HR positions, including Chief People Officer at the San Antonio Museum of Art, Director of Human Resources at Kisco Senior Living, La Corsha Hospitality Group, and The Driskill Hotel, as well as Human Resources Manager at Crowne Plaza Hotel & Executive Meeting Center and Omni Chicago Hotel. Elda's career began as an HR & Office Administrator before transitioning into management roles in human resources. Elda holds a degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
