Megan Jackson is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Group Rooms Coordinator at Hotel Emma since October 2015, where responsibilities include managing group reservations. Previously, Megan held the position of Reservation Agent at the same hotel. Prior to that, Megan worked at Rio San Antonio Cruises from March 2012 to September 2015, taking on roles as Dispatcher and Ticket Agent. Earlier experience includes a role as Guest Services Associate at Davis Heating and AC from October 2010 to November 2011. Megan obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Westmont College between 2003 and 2007.
