Molly McGill

Molly McGill has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Molly currently serves as the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at Hotel Engine. Prior to this, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Hotel Engine and as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Cybereason and Rapid7. Molly also held various recruitment positions at Rapid7, including Manager, Lead Partner, Senior Partner, and Junior Scout. Before their roles in the cybersecurity industry, Molly worked as a Staffing Consultant at Beacon Hill Staffing Group and as a Manager of Member Services at Motus, LLC. Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in talent acquisition, staff management, and project coordination.

Molly McGill obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Textile Marketing from the University of Rhode Island in 2008. Molly later pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching and History from Bridgewater State University, completing it in 2012.
