Jon Wubbena

Jon Wubbena is the Vice President of Operations at Hotel Equities. An executive leader with over 30 years of experience in leading multi brand and independent hotel operations, he has a strong history of achieving both cultural and operational results through all levels of an organization and directly at the property level.

Prior to joining Hotel Equities, Jon has served in roles such as General Manager, Area Manager and most recently with Highgate Hotels and Trust Hospitality as Vice President of Operations.

As an imaginative development leader and executive team member, he has a demonstrated history of driving revenue, reducing costs, and improving quality to maximize profitability and sustainable growth. Jon is a strong relationship builder adept at leading service-focused teams to deliver world-class success. He reports directly to Peter Tziahanas, Senior Vice President of Operations.
