Robert Marcus

Robert Marcus is an experienced real estate professional and entrepreneur, currently serving as the Founder and Managing Member of Hotel Lucine since January 2021, focusing on Galveston Island's premier beachside hotel. As the Founder & CEO of Quark Capital LLC since January 2018, Robert has successfully developed and operated lifestyle-oriented hotels and multifamily properties, notably delivering double-digit annualized returns to investors on an Upstate New York asset. Previously, Robert held the position of Vice President of Acquisitions & Development at Arcade Capital, contributing to hospitality projects in major markets, and served as an Associate at Gemini Real Estate Advisors, where development projects included the Crowne Plaza Hotel at JFK Airport. Early career experiences include roles as Director at NAI Global and MHP Real Estate Services, focusing on commercial real estate services and international business development. Robert holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from New York University and a degree from Tulane University.
