Johan K. Dal is an experienced professional in the food and hospitality sectors, currently serving as Kursus- og projektchef and Direktionssekretær at Hotel Og Restaurantskolen since August 2018. Since May 2016, Johan K. Dal has been the owner of Dal+Food, a consultancy focused on food systems and organization of the "Food & the City" conference, while also co-owning Liebe Vin, which specializes in the import and distribution of natural wines, and Circolo since October 2021.
