Marie Haahr Jensen

Marie Haahr Jensen has extensive experience in project management and food service, currently serving as Faglig teamleder and Projektkonsulent at Hotel Og Restaurantskolen since September 2019, focusing on the development of gastronomic continuing education and economic management. Previously held the position of Projektleder at the Danish Agriculture and Food Council, where efforts were centered on creating collaboration within the agriculture and food sectors, particularly in promoting organic practices. Marie's educational background includes a Master's degree in Food Culture, Communication, and Marketing from the University of Gastronomic Sciences, as well as a Professionsbachelor in Management, Food, and Health.
