Travis Barnes has a diverse work experience that includes roles in various industries. Travis began their career in the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Sergeant in the 1st Reconnaissance Battalion. During their time in the Marines, they demonstrated strong leadership skills while leading a six-man team and completing three combat tours.

Following their military service, Travis Barnes pursued a career in law, attending Law School from 2010 to 2013. During their time in law school, they gained practical experience as a Law Student.

After completing law school, Travis Barnes worked as a Graduate Intern at the Marion County Prosecutor's Office in 2013. In this role, they were responsible for conducting research, writing and arguing motions, participating in hearings and trials, as well as conducting depositions, witness interviews, and plea negotiations.

In the same year, Travis founded Hotel Tango Distillery and assumed the position of Founder & CEO. Under their leadership, Hotel Tango Distillery has achieved success in the spirits industry.

Additionally, Travis Barnes has contributed their skills and knowledge as an intern at the Senate Foreign Relations Committee from August 2009 to December 2009.
