Missy Zacks

Missy Zacks has a diverse work experience spanning several leadership roles and consulting positions. Missy began their career as a Senior Manager of Product Development at Council Travel in 1996 and held this role until 2002. In 2003, they started their own consulting company, San Marco & Zacks Consulting, where they served as Business Consultant and was responsible for building the company from scratch, managing budgets, clients, and office administration. Missy then joined GTA in 2004 and held various Vice President roles, including Vice President of Product Development, Vice President of Operations, and Vice President of Operations for the Americas, until 2012. Missy then joined ICMI in 2010 and served on the Call Center Industry Advisory Council as well as the ICMI Advisory Board for Operations Management until 2013. Missy returned to GTA in 2013 as the Head of Client and Vendor Relationship Management and later became the Head of Operations for the Americas until 2018. Most recently, they joined Hotel Trader in 2019 as the Head of Operations.

Missy Zacks holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Fairleigh Dickinson University-Florham Campus. Missy also attended Widener University, but no specific degree or field of study is mentioned. In addition to their formal education, Missy Zacks has obtained various certifications, including Prince2 Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in April 2014, Certified Travel Associate from The Travel Institute in 2009, and Sabre Certified from Sabre Corporation in 1997.
