John Paulsen, CHAM, has a strong education background in the hospitality industry. John obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Hospitality Industry Studies from New York University, where they studied from 2004 to 2009. Prior to that, they graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from the University of Houston, where they attended from 1983 to 1986. Their education journey started at Grove City College in 1979, where they studied Business Administration for a year.
