David Butler

David Butler has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. David currently serves as the Vice President of Asset Management at Hotel Asset Value Enhancement (hotelAVE) since June 2021. Previously, they were the President of the Operational Efficiency Division at Post Script Hospitality, where they focused on improving operational efficiencies through analysis and observation of daily activities. Prior to that, they held various positions such as Vice President of Operations at StepStone Hospitality, General Manager and Area Director of Operations at Lodgian, and General Manager and Vice President of Operations at Prism Hotels & Resorts. Additionally, they worked as the Director of Operations and Food and Beverage at Bristol Hotels & Resorts and as a General Manager at T.G.I Friday's.

David Butler attended Johnson & Wales University from 1984 to 1988. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Restaurant/Food Services Management and an Associate of Science degree in Culinary Arts.
