Julianna Saggese

Julianna Saggese is an experienced professional in the hospitality and real estate sectors, currently serving as an Associate at Hotel Asset Value Enhancement (hotelAVE) since June 2022. With a strong background in asset management and analysis, Julianna has held various roles including Analyst and Intern at the Real Estate Investment Club and Vice President at The School of Hospitality Business at Michigan State University. Additional experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant for Hospitality Business Analytics, participating in the STR Virtual Market Study Competition, and interning at Destination Kohler. Julianna began their career in customer service as a Server/Host at Harpers Brew and Pub and as a Lifeguard at Ithaca Yacht Club. Julianna earned a Bachelor's degree from Michigan State University, following a year at the University at Albany and graduating from Ithaca Senior High School.
