Nina Kleiman

Nina Kleiman has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Nina began their career as a Rooms Executive at the Westin St. Francis Hotel in 1986. Nina then worked as a Manager in Hospitality Consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1993 to 1997. Nina went on to serve as Vice President at LaSalle Hotel Properties in 1997 and Equity Research Analyst - Lodging, Gaming & Cruise at Lehman Brothers from 1998 to 2003.

In 2008, Nina joined InterContinental Hotels Group as Vice President of Investment Analysis. In this role, they provided valuable expertise in analyzing investment opportunities. Nina then joined Hotel Asset Value Enhancement (hotelAVE) in 2010, initially serving as Senior Vice President and later as Executive Vice President. At hotelAVE, they contributed to the organization's success by providing asset management and advisory services to owners, investors, and lenders of hospitality assets. Their role involved managing a portfolio of over $5.5 billion, 22,000 rooms, and over 30 different hotel operators.

Nina Kleiman pursued their education in a sequential manner. Starting in 1982, they attended Cornell University for four years, and successfully obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Management in 1986. Following this, they continued their educational journey by enrolling in the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business from 1991 to 1993. During this period, they completed their Master's in Business Administration (MBA). Additionally, it is known that they attended Martin Van Buren HS at some point, although the specific years and field of study are not provided.
