Laure de Winde

Laure De Winde is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Manager at Van der Valk Hotel Gent since February 2023. Prior to this role, Laure held the position of HR Manager at MTM Group from June 2022 to February 2023 and coordinated personnel matters at Toneelhuis from June 2018 to June 2022, contributing to the largest theater company in Flanders. Laure's career also includes significant roles at Adecco Group Belgium as a Key Account Manager, and as a Sales Consultant at Partena Professional, where expertise in HR strategies was emphasized. Previous experiences at t-groep and Theatergezelschap Padarijs further enhanced Laure's knowledge in arts-related HR management. Laure holds a Master’s degree in Theater Studies from Ghent University, obtained in 2006.
