Elena de la Fuente Hernández has a diverse work experience starting in 2011 as a Bank Advisor intern at Caja Rural de Salamanca. Elena then worked as an Interviewer at AMR - Advanced Market Research GmbH from November 2013 to April 2014.

Next, Elena took on the role of Hotelier Care Retention, where they managed account portfolios to maintain and improve existing business relationships. Elena handled non-paying customers and assisted hoteliers in optimizing their online presence.

Their most recent role at trivago was Hotelier Care Team Lead, where they had local coordination and supervision responsibilities for Spain, Latin America, Russia, India, Turkey, Asia, and Eastern Europe. Elena identified talent recruitment needs and defined KPIs to ensure the full potential of the team.

Currently, Elena works as the Head of Customer Success at Hotelinking, a position they began in August 2018.

Elena de la Fuente Hernández started their education journey in 2006 at the Universidad de Salamanca. Elena pursued a degree in Business Administration with a focus on International Commerce and Marketing, completing their studies in 2010.
