Nataly Yara is an experienced education and operations professional with a strong background in supporting diverse learning environments and enhancing family engagement. Currently serving as an Operations Support Specialist at HOTELPRO since February 2023, Nataly previously worked as a Family Engagement Coordinator at Dekalb PATH Academy Charter School, where significant achievements included designing a database to track parent communications and training clients on district software. Nataly's teaching experience spans several institutions, including Boone Trail Elementary School, where tailored success plans were developed for students, and Colegio Anglo Canadiense de Neiva, where lessons were aligned with English proficiency standards for Spanish-speaking students. Nataly holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with a Major in Humanities and English instruction from Universidad Surcolombiana.
