Poliana Prata

Poliana Prata is a seasoned professional in Human Resources with extensive experience in leadership development, corporate education, and organizational climate management. Currently serving as a People Specialist and People Sr Analyst at Hotmart since April 2021, Poliana is responsible for the design and management of leadership development journeys and oversees programs for interns, young learners, and individuals with disabilities.
