Suhail Abdullah

Suhail Abdullah has extensive work experience spanning several roles and industries. Suhail currently serves as the Group VP - Strategy & Investments at Hotpack Global since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Eram Group from 2011 to 2020, where they held the role of Group Vice President - Corporate Strategy & Business Development. In this position, they played a crucial role in shaping the conglomerate's growth and diversification through strategic initiatives such as executive recruitments, strategic partnerships, and technology deployments. Before Eram Group, they worked at SABIC as a Business Improvement Specialist from 2008 to 2011, contributing to the enhancement of projects review system and the development of a TQM manual for process and transactions governance. Suhail also has experience in sales engineering at Kohler Power - Engines (Sawary Energy) from 2007 to 2008, where they achieved sales targets and assisted in formulating annual sales strategy. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Support Executive at Tech Mahindra from 2006 to 2007.

Suhail Abdullah completed their Bachelors in Engineering in Mechanical from Anna University in 2006. Suhail later pursued additional certifications in the field of management, obtaining the "Certified Manager of Organizational Excellence" from ASQ - World Headquarters in 2010. Additionally, they pursued further education in Artificial Intelligence & business strategy from MIT Sloan School of Management and in Private Equity & Capital Markets from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, although the specific years of completion are not provided.
