Tenaya McCoy

Tenaya McCoy currently serves as the Head of BizOps and Chief of Staff at Hotplate, starting in January 2024. Prior to this role, Tenaya worked at Bain & Company from June 2021 to September 2024, progressing from Associate Consultant to Senior Associate Consultant, and ultimately serving as a Consultant. Previous experience includes a position as a Climate Policy Researcher at the Climate Equity Policy Center in 2020 and various internships across multiple organizations, such as Legal Aid at Work, the San Francisco Board of Supervisors, and the U.S. House of Representatives. Tenaya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from Brown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston University, complemented by earlier education at Berkeley High School.
