Ron Garcia has been a residential realtor since 2005, and is also a co-founder of Hott Solutions. Ron’s strength and stellar performance in real estate can be credited to his mix of honest guidance, mastery in negotiating deals and cutting-edge marketing strategies that greatly benefit sellers and buyers. As a residential real estate agent and apartment building owner, he knows the challenges faced by owners/investors in managing the dynamic relationships between tenants and management, and has experience in 1031 exchanges. He is also a results-driven individual with 17 years of Telecom Project Management experience at Network Equipment Technologies. His goal to keep clients happy, has served him well as a Real Estate Agent. Setting and managing expectations is what he does best!

When not working, he’s passionate about being active and spending time with his family and friends.
