Alexander Gutierrez

Alexander Gutierrez has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Alexander started their career as a Technical Supervisor at Occicom C.A from July 2006 to July 2010. Following that, they worked as a Headend Technician at inter Venezuela from December 2010 to September 2015. During this role, they were responsible for monitoring video and audio quality of services delivered on the forward and reverse.

After this, Alexander worked as a Field Engineer at Service Qwest Telecommunication Inc from September 2016 to December 2016. Here, their main responsibilities included field work and engineering tasks.

Currently, Alexander is employed at Hotwire Communications Ltd as a Video Acquisition Engineer since December 2016. In this role, they monitor IPTV services, linear and ABR channels for audio/video quality and conducts deep investigations to restore channels. Alexander also analyzes real-time and historic data from monitoring systems to proactively address issues.

From 2001 to 2010, Alexander Gutierrez attended and successfully completed their studies at Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín. Alexander obtained an Engineer's degree with a specialization in Telecommunications Engineering.
