Lukasz Stepniowski

Lukasz Stepniowski is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in network engineering, security, and software development. Currently serving as Vice President of Network Engineering and Security at Hotwire Communications Ltd, Lukasz previously held the role of Chief Technology Officer at Connsul LLC, focusing on consultancy for investors and service providers. At Charter Communications, Lukasz successfully led various Agile Engineering teams for both the Connectivity and Video Delivery Platforms, impacting over 30 million and 15 million subscribers respectively. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Systems and Network Engineering at Bright House Networks and Senior Systems Engineer at Time Warner Cable, where Lukasz contributed to the evolution of high-speed data and digital voice services.
