Ricardo Marquez's work experience begins in 2010 as an Assistant Manager at Mandarina Duck. Ricardo later became a Store Manager, responsible for overseeing store operations, managing employees, and achieving financial goals. In 2017, Ricardo transitioned to the IT field, working as an IT Support at TelNel LLC, where they provided end-user assistance, set up computer systems, and researched customer settings. Ricardo also worked at Comcast as a CommTech, managing on-site installations, repairs, and troubleshooting for multiple services. Currently, in 2022, Ricardo is a Network Operations Center Engineer at Hotwire Communications Ltd.
Ricardo Marquez completed an education program at NexGenT in 2021, where they obtained a degree in Full Stack Network Engineering with a focus on Enterprise Networking. Prior to that, they attended Broward College and earned an Associate's degree in Computer Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Ricardo obtained several certifications, including the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) from Cisco in November 2022, and the Full Stack Network Professional and Full Stack Network Associate certifications from NexGenT in July and June 2021, respectively.
