Erica Graziosa

Erica Graziosa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the biotech and fitness industries. Currently serving as the Business Owner of HOTWORX since October 2022, Erica oversees a unique exercise platform that combines infrared heat with isometric workouts and HIIT sessions. Previously, Erica held the role of Product Integration Scientist at 10x Genomics from February 2018 to June 2022, contributing significantly to various multiomic solutions and leading assay development projects. Prior to that, Erica worked as a Systems Integration Scientist at Thermo Fisher Scientific from December 2014 to February 2018, where responsibilities included platform development, troubleshooting, and the preparation of field service materials. Erica began a career at Life Technologies as Scientist III and holds an MBA in Global Innovation from California State University - East Bay, a Data Science Certification from Cornell University, and a BS with double majors in Molecular Biology and Chemistry.
