Shelby Hamilton

Shelby Hamilton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management, marketing, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the STAR Assistant Director at CCA Louisiana since February 2019, Shelby also owns and operates Steel Magnolia Studios, a photography and branding business established in December 2014, which involves designing and implementing marketing strategies for local businesses. In addition, Shelby has been the General Manager at HOTWORX since May 2018, overseeing two gym facilities and leading successful social media campaigns. Previous roles include Marketing/Veterinary Tech positions at St. Gabriel Animal Hospital and Galvez Veterinary Clinic, a Plant Admin role at Carville Energy LLC, and a Radio Producer position at Pelican Broadcasting. Shelby holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Louisiana State University and graduated from Parkview Baptist High School.
