Carmen Hall

Carmen Hall serves as the Senior Director of Assessment Design within the NWEA Content Solutions division of Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, a role assumed following the merger of NWEA and Houghton Mifflin Harcourt in May 2023. Prior to this position, Carmen accumulated extensive experience at NWEA from August 2004 to May 2023, holding various roles including Director of Assessment Products for Spanish and Early Learning and Senior Manager of Solution Development. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Educational Psychology with a focus on Cognitive Studies in Education from the University of Washington, earned between 2002 and 2004, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science and History from Willamette University, completed from 1997 to 2001.
