Kristen Speciale is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sourcing, production, and project management across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Director of Sourcing Strategies at HMH since March 2010, Kristen has been responsible for overseeing outsourcing development and production-related tasks. Previous roles include Creative/Production Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation, where management of a creative team for monthly product knowledge materials was key, and Product Delivery Manager at Quarasan, focusing on pre-press and post-production processes. With a strong foundation in educational content management established through roles at Anthology, Inc. and Reed Business Information, Kristen has developed and implemented various production processes. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Southern Illinois University.
