Padma Giddu

Padma Giddu is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software engineering and quality assurance. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Engineering at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Padma has previously held multiple senior roles at NWEA, including Vice President of Software Engineering, Sr Director of Software Engineering, and Sr Manager of Software Engineering. Prior experience includes positions at Cambia Health Solutions as Architect I and Software Quality Lead, along with foundational roles at HSBC and HSBC Card Services as a Business Systems Analyst and Test Analyst, respectively.
