Alec Ellison

Alec Ellison has extensive work experience in the financial sector. Alec currently holds the position of Global Head of Fintech and Chief Innovation Officer in Corporate Finance at Houlihan Lokey since April 2023. From May 2019 to March 2023, they served as Chairman at OurCrowd US. Prior to that, Alec was the Founder of Outvest Capital, LLC from July 2016 to December 2022. Alec held a prominent position at Jefferies LLC as Vice Chairman, Member of Executive Committee, and Chairman of Technology Investment Banking from December 2003 to March 2016. Earlier in their career, Alec was President at Broadview International from August 1988 to December 2003. Alec started their professional journey as a Financial Analyst at Morgan Stanley from August 1984 to July 1986.
