Andre Hilton

Andre Hilton is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) across various roles in prestigious firms. Currently serving as Managing Director at Houlihan Lokey since December 2021, Andre previously held the same title at GCA Advisors, LLC from November 2014 to December 2021 and at DC Advisory from October 2007 to November 2014, where there was a focus on advising Asian corporates. Earlier, Andre was Executive Vice President at Daiwa Securities America Inc. from 2001 to 2007, advising Japanese corporates, and Head of M&A for the US & Europe at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation from 1993 to 2001. Additional roles include Head of M&A for North America at AEG Corporation and Associate at Charterhouse Group, Inc. Andre holds an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in Economics from The University of Manchester.
