Chris di Mauro

Chris Di Mauro is a seasoned finance and legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and securities law. Currently serving as Managing Director at Houlihan Lokey since 1997, Chris previously held the position of Senior Analyst at SunAmerica Investments Inc. from June 1998 to January 2000, and worked as an Associate at O'Melveny & Myers LLP from 1994 to 1996. Early in the career, Chris completed the Loan Officer Development Program at Bank of Boston, working in the Large Corporate Group from September 1989 to June 1991. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College and a Juris Doctor from USC Law School, with foundational education obtained at Punahou School.
