Dimitri Drone is a seasoned deals professional currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Corporate Valuation Advisory Services (CVAS) at Houlihan Lokey, where Dimitri also leads the firm’s Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences (PLS) business and is part of the Financial Valuation Advisory Services Leadership Team. With nearly twelve years as a Partner at PwC, Dimitri was the global leader of the Deals business for the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences sector, overseeing a team involved in a significant portion of M&A transactions within that industry. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance, Economics, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BSBA in Accounting from Bucknell University.
