Evan Prendergast

Evan Prendergast is an accomplished investment banking professional with experience as an Investment Banking Analyst at Houlihan Lokey since December 2024 and at Waller Helms Advisors from May 2024 to December 2024. Prior to these roles, Evan served as a Summer Analyst at Waller Helms Advisors in summer 2023 and as a Private Equity Summer Analyst at CORE Industrial Partners in summer 2022. Evan's internship experience includes constructing circuit boards and diagnostic TR magnetic resonance and radio frequency coils for Clinical MR Solutions in 2018. Evan holds a B.S. in Commerce with a concentration in Finance from UVA McIntire School of Commerce, completed in May 2024, and has an educational background from the University of Virginia and New Trier High School.
