Frank Merkel

Frank Merkel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the industrial sector. Currently serving as Co-Head of the European Industrial Group and Head of European Industrial Technology at Houlihan Lokey since December 2021, Frank has held significant roles including Member of the Advisory Board at IMA DAIRY & FOOD since January 2019, Head of Industrial Technology Europe at GCA Altium from April to December 2021, and Managing Partner at Alantra from April 2016 to December 2020. Prior to this, Frank was Managing Director & Partner at C.W. Downer & Co. for over a decade, and held positions as Associate at Concord Corporate Finance and as an intern at Dresdner Kleinwort and Allianz Global Investors early in the career path.
