Mark Martin

Mark Martin is a seasoned finance professional with over a decade of experience in managing and developing infrastructure investments. Currently serving as Managing Director at Houlihan Lokey since July 2011, Mark previously co-founded Prestige Infrastructure Capital, LLC, where efforts focused on the privatization of municipal infrastructure assets and business development with city councils nationwide. Prior experience includes a role as Transaction Manager at CBRE, overseeing real estate portfolio management. Mark holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University.
