Thomas Bailey is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, particularly in the technology and services sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Houlihan Lokey since June 2016, Thomas previously held the role of Director at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey from September 2010 to June 2016, specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Thomas's earlier career includes positions as Vice President and Associate in Mergers and Acquisitions at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and CHILDS Advisory Partners, respectively, as well as a consultant role at Endeavor Argentina and experience in private placements at Banc of America Securities.
