Previously, from September 1993 to October 2004, Tom served as a Partner at The Nassau Group, a boutique investment banking firm that provided corporate strategy, M&A, and financing advisory services, particularly in the industrial and environmental technologies sector. Tom Dippel earned an AB in Politics from Princeton University, completing studies there in June 1993 after attending Wilmington Friends School from 1978 to 1989.
