Jim Cohen

Jim Cohen is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in executive roles across various companies. Currently serving as an Angel Investor at Hound since July 2023, Jim previously held the position of President and CEO at Oregon Freeze Dry from July 2023 to August 2024. From November 2021 to August 2024, Jim was a member of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer at Red Collar Pet Foods, also taking on the role of Interim President. Jim's advisory experience includes serving as a Strategic Business Advisor for Relief Rover from June 2019 to July 2023, and involvement on the Board of Western Smokehouse Partners from October 2018 to March 2023. Prior roles also include Interim Chief Operations Officer at Craig's Vegan and various leadership positions at Mars from 1988 to 2005, where responsibilities spanned supply chain management, logistics, and commodity procurement. Jim began their career at ARAMARK, focusing on operations and financial roles. Educationally, Jim is a graduate of the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
