Chris Duncan is the owner of Hounds Town USA since 2020. Prior to this role, Chris held significant positions in customer success and account management at prominent companies. From 2018 to 2020, Chris worked as a Principal Customer Success Manager for Strategic Accounts within the Planning Cloud at Workday. Earlier experience includes a role in Customer Success and Account Management for the Marketing Cloud at Kahuna (2017-2018) and a position in Customer Success for Enterprise Accounts at Oracle (2013-2017). Chris began a career at Dell as an Account Executive focusing on Federal Accounts from 2007 to 2013. Chris earned a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations/Communications and a minor in Business from The University of Texas at Austin.
