Nasser Nubani

Nasser Nubani is the Chief Operating Officer at Hourani & Partners, a position held since April 2019, overseeing business service functions and driving firm growth strategies. Previously, Nubani served as General Counsel and Senior Vice President at Capitas Group from August 2009 to April 2019, managing legal, corporate governance, and compliance functions for a regulated investment advisory firm. Nubani also held the role of Senior Vice President - Legal at Zayan Finance from November 2005 to August 2009, where responsibilities included managing legal and corporate matters. Earlier experience includes being Regional Manager at Guidance Residential, contributing to the establishment of a major Shariah-compliant finance company in the U.S., and working as an Associate at Cantwell & Cantwell. Nasser Nubani holds a Juris Doctor from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
