Rudolf Goldschmidt is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and international arbitration. Since July 2014, Rudolf has served as a Partner at Hourani & Partners, where the focus is primarily on M&A and international arbitration matters. Prior to this role, Rudolf held the position of Counsel specializing in M&A, contributing to the legal landscape at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP from March 2006 to March 2014. Additionally, Rudolf gained early experience as a Legal Intern at both Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier. Rudolf's educational background includes an LL.M. in German Law from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and a Master's in Business Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, complemented by studies at ESCP Business School and Stanislas Paris.
