Michael Henley began their work experience in 2008 with an internship at Hourigan Construction Corp. In 2009, they transitioned to a position as Assistant Superintendent at Hourigan, where they worked until 2011. From 2010 to 2015, they served as a Virtual Construction Manager before moving on to become a Client Solutions Manager (Business Development) from 2015 to 2018. Michael then took on the role of Director of Client Solutions from 2018 to 2020, and subsequently became Vice President, Client Solutions until December 2020. Currently, Michael is the Vice President, Central Virginia at Hourigan as of December 2020.
Michael Henley completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction and Real Estate from Virginia Tech, where they attended from 2006 to 2009. Michael furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Real Estate Development and Finance from Virginia Commonwealth University - School of Business. Michael successfully completed this program from 2013 to 2016.
