Richard Ly, FPC, serves as a Customer Success Manager at Hourly since August 2022, building on a solid foundation of experience in client support and implementation roles. Prior to Hourly, Richard worked at ADP from February 2019 to August 2022, where responsibilities included serving as both an Implementation Specialist II and a Senior Client Support Consultant. Richard's career began at Comerica Bank as a Customer Service Representative II, followed by a position as a Retail Sales Representative at Verizon. Earlier experience includes work as a Sales and Leasing Consultant at Sierra Honda. Richard holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from UC San Diego, which was obtained between 2016 and 2018, and also attended Santa Monica College from September 2012 to June 2016.
