Michelle Norris

Michelle Norris, PHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR management and recruitment. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at House-Autry Mills Inc. since November 2018, Michelle oversees all HR and payroll functions for a workforce of 150 employees. Previous roles include Recruiting Specialist II at Falls of Neuse Management LLC and Talent Acquisition Partner/Payroll Administrator at Novo Nordisk, where responsibilities encompassed the complete recruitment cycle and management of a contingent workforce.
