Lysette Aviles is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at House-Hasson Hardware Company, Lysette has previously held the position of Human Resources Director at Knox County Sheriff's Office. Additional experience includes roles such as Director of External Relations and Vendor Management and Manager of External Relations and Vendor Management in the Legal Department at Discovery/Scripps Networks Interactive, along with serving as Diversity & Inclusion Program Manager and Senior Recruiter.
